WILL GENEALOGICAL RESEARCH RESULTS BE PLACED ONLINE?
Not any time in the immediate future. This may change at some point, of course; however, before doing so we'd have to ensure appropriate familial permissions are granted if there are any relatives still living (and perhaps a host of other issues may be involved). So, no, not at this time. If postings are to be made in the future, they will be referenced as such by a link on our Group's home page.

WILL THE GENEALOGY GROUP DO RESEARCH FOR FOLKS NOT IN THE MANCHESTER HISTORICAL SOCIETY?
Yes. A form will be made available on this web site where such requests can be made. Research will be conducted using Town Hall and other Manchester resources. A donation will be required for the number of hours spent in the research; though at this writing specifics are not available. When the form and donation amount are available they will be posted on this web site page.

WILL THE GROUP BE DOING FREE-LANCE WORK?
No. "Free-lance work" is here defined as genealogical research of non-personal/professional interest. For example, if someone wanted a genealogical history of Hart Porter. Basically, we're a group of amateur genealogists, not professionals. Nevertheless, if there's a question, please contact any of our Group's Officers.
